Come ride with us.  Every Sunday morning, we take our mountain bikes and ride in Staten Island, Syosset, LI, Harthorn, NJ, or on many different trails upstate.  If you are a road rider, come train with our staff and friends up Palisades Parkway or in Prospect Park.  If you are feeling really ambitious, try off-road at night with our crew.  Whatever you do or wherever you go, ride.  Like Cartman says, kick ass.
