One of the most frequently asked questions by Laurel &
Hardy fans is "Where can I get their films on video?" Below are
some links to currently available DVDs.
(
The
Laurel and Hardy Collection, Volume One contains
the Twentieth Century-Fox films Great Guns, The
Big Noise, and Jitterbugs, plus extras: trailers,
audio commentaries by Randy Skretvedt, and the award-winning documentary
Revenge of the Sons of the Desert (featuring some
of our own Brats!).
The Laurel and Hardy Collection, Volume Two
contains the Twentieth Century-Fox
films A-Haunting We Will Go, The Dancing
Masters, and The Bullfighters, plus
extras: trailers, a mini-documentary, a rare complete print of
the color short The Tree in a Test Tube, and audio
commentaries for the three feature films by the Brats' own Scott
MacGillivray.
TCM Archives' Laurel and Hardy Collection (there doesn't seem to be much imagination
in naming these sets!) contains the Hal Roach features
The Devil's Brother (a.k.a. Fra Diavolo)
and Bonnie Scotland, including extras: audio commentaries
by Leonard Maltin and Richard W. Bann, excerpts from L&H
guest appearances in other M-G-M film releases, trailers, and more
(but no Brats).

stills, and other promotional material; The Stolen Jools,
a short in which L&H make a brief cameo appearance; silent footage
of the team's 1932 visits to England and Scotland; the 5-minute abridged
version of The Tree in a Test Tube (see The Laurel and Hardy Collection,
Volume Two above for the complete version); and
a 1955 telecast of This Is Your Life featuring Laurel &
Hardy.
