Rules

Welcome to Otakus³ Fansub Distribution

Rules
12 tapes max per request.
- This helps us keep up with the request and the turnaround time to a minimum.
- Please wait untill you recieve your tapes before you send in another request.
- No SASE or international orders, with the exception of Canada.
- All tapes shipped US priority mail.

Cash, Money Order, or PayPal (credit card).
- US currency only.
- No Checks. We would have to wait untill your check cleared before we could even start on the tapes. This way we can start right away and you get your tapes earlier.
- If you send cash, wrap it in a piece of paper or use a security envelope.
- Make out money orders to Daniel Brown.
- If using PayPal you will not have to send in a written request. Instead you will recieve an email aproving your request and the instructions on which PayPal email to use. If you dont know what PayPal is or need to sign up, please use the link below.

- First email vichama@sprintmail.com with your name, address, email, tapes you would like to request, and method of payment. Here is an example of what to include with your request. If you need to, copy and paste this to your email. Please be sure to put "Fansub Request" in the subject heading.

- Second after we approve your order we will email you with the info on where to send your written request and payment. Self addressed label recommended but not required.
- Be sure to include all your original information, because we do not save all emails.
- We have to write this in. Donations happily accepted but not required. :)
- Do not email us about your request unless 2 weeks has passed the date your tapes were shipped out on the Status Page.

Disclaimer: Otakus³ is a non-profit organization. All money and donations collected goes to purchasing JVC SX 120 VHS tapes, labels, ink for the printer, plastic sleaves, shipping, bubble wrap, a video filter, equipment upkeep, more/better equipment, and more titles to distribute. In no way did we create these titles or own the US rights. When the title becomes licensed in the US it is removed from the list as soon as we find out. In this case all approved request for that title will be filled, but we will stop distributing that title after that. The quality of the tapes are our opinions and we try to be as acturate as possible. If you have any problems with any of the tapes you have recieved from us, email us immediatly at vichama@sprintmail.com and we will work the problem out. This does not include quality opinions, unless it is way off from what we have it listed as. Example: We have it listed as 5.0, and you cant tell Gatsu from Griffith. If this is the case we will be more than happy to help. Thanks for your support.
