Let the gentle surfer understand that I had no desire or inclination to provide any references, especially considering the sarcastic, quasi-accurate, and and somewhat arbitrary nature of my website. One of the pleasures of living in America and having a website is the irresponsible way in which one can present information. However, my wife insisted that I present the gentle surfer with some kind of idea of where I got the information that I completely misconstrued and presented here in such a haphazard manner. I deeply apologize to the authors, and I hope that they will forgive me for even associating them with this site.... wow, I feel much better now.
