WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT: Your inspection is an objective, visual examination of the condition of the home and its components at the time of the inspection. It helps to determine the presence of major defects or system inadequacies, thereby avoiding unpleasant and expensive surprises after completion of your purchase. The inspection is not intended to point out every small or non visible defect in a home. Most cosmetic defects should be apparent without an inspection. The home inspection is not intended to be used as an indicator of market value or to determine building code compliance. It is also not intended to convey  any type of guarantee of any kind. We use a computer generated comprehensive 16 to 20 page report which may include photos of defects.
Clients will be thoroughly briefed on inspection results whether present for inspection or not!
