Minor formatting changes and a spelling correction.

January 15, 1999

Added the 1810 census for Wayne County, North Carolina and 1820 census of Limestone County, Alabama, and made numerous corrections to many of the others.

The biographies were considerably expanded, though don't expect this to be the last of them.

October 28, 1998

More minor revisions, and rearrangements for clarity. Censuses for Hardin and Stoddard Counties updated. One new census datum required revision of the Howells' moves to Stoddard County.

Fixed the usual minor but embarrassing corrections that happen, no matter how well you proofread the thing.
