1 1/2 to 2 lbs. round round
1 lg. onion (diced)
1 lg. bell pepper (diced)
1 28 oz. can whole crushed tomatoes (Formanoes)
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce (Hunt)
1 20 oz. can tomato paste (Hunt)
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. Worcheshire sauce
4-5 whole bay leaves
salt & pepper
1/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp. mustard
Brown chopped onion and green pepper for 5 minutes in oil. Add meat and brown. Drain off fat. Add salt and pepper
. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Add water as needed for the desired consistency. After bringing
to a boil, turn to simmer (low) for a couple of hours.
This should turn out terrific.
