Owners Mary and Joseph Lukaszewski

Mary & Joe Lukaszewski, owners of Wyndridge Airedales, have been participants in dog activities for over 35 years. They have been breeding and exhibiting Airedales since 1986.

Both are members of the Airedale Terrier Club of Metropolitan New York (Mary is a past President), The Airedale Terrier Club of Greater Philadelphia, Airedale Terrier Club of America, and Mispillion Kennel Club. While living in Connecticut, Mary and Joe were members of the Ox Ridge Kennel Club. Mary taught obedience classes at Ox Ridge for over 20 years and is a certified AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator. Joe has designed a beginning agility course and has also been involved in obedience work for many years.

Mary has served as the breeder/dog owner representative on the Air Transport Association committee to set rules for transporting animals. She has also been appointed to the Delaware Task Force for Responsible Dog Ownership.

The Wyndridge dogs, together with their owners, participate in community outreach programs of the Mispillion Kennel Club. They also are active in a school education program for kindergarten and first grade students conducted by the Sussex County SPCA. Several of their dogs have been accepted as LEAP (Literacy Education Assistance Pups) dogs in a school reading program for pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students.

As owners of AKC registered dogs, both Mary and Joe have finished numerous dogs to AKC championships and have obtained obedience titles with three different breeds. Both volunteer their dogs in various community service projects.

We strive to produce a dog that will be a versatile addition to any home and we seek owners that will manage the dog as a valuable addition to their family.
