What To Expect On Your Visit

During a session, the client lies on a colonic table, face-up, and is modestly draped. A plastic tube (about the size of a bic pen) is gently inserted by the client into the rectum about 3-4 inches.

The water flows through the tube by gravity into the colon--it is not pumped or mechanically forced.

As the colon fills with warm water there is a feeling of wanting to eliminate, which occurs naturally with no exposure to the material or odor expelled. What you may eliminate is visible through a sealed clear viewing tube.

The time frame for a session is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. During this time the client will receive 15-20 gallons of temperature-controlled, filtered water.

The process is painless. However, if the client has a pocket of gas or large amounts of impacted fecal matter moving through the colon, there may be some cramping. This cramping only lasts until the gas or matter is passed through the colon.
