Our Facilities
We have a TheraSaunaTM 4-person sauna on site.
You will have private use of it, so you will have plenty of room.
- The sauna is heated to 130º prior to your arrival.
- You will receive bottled water and towels.
- Your session will start with 10 minutes of warmup.
- Once sweating has begun, then 20-30 minutes is recommended.
- During your session in the sauna, you will be exposed to infrared energy in the frequency of 8-12 microns--the optimal frequency for your body. These rays will penetrate your skin up to 1½ inches, causing many therapeutic benefits.
- Showering is required before and after your session. The shower facilites are located in the private suite with the sauna.
