WRD RETIREES 2010 REUNION
September 9-11, 2010
The WRD Retirees are former employees of the Water Resources Discipline of the United States Geological Survey and affiliates from other governmental bureaus and agencies. The WRD Retirees held their first reunion in 1982 in Reston, Virginia. Click here to visit the Retirees Web Site.
We will hold our 15th biennial reunion at the Holiday Inn in Lakewood, Colorado, on September 9-11, 2010. (NOTE: This is NOT the former Holiday Inn in Golden) This website introduces the reunion committee, the hotel, activities and tours planned for the group, a registration form, and local weather forecasts. There will also be an optional post-reunion trip to Glenwood Springs, Colorado from September 12-14.
TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM AIRPORT may be arranged by one of several methods: (1) Car Rental Agencies; (2) SuperShuttle $58.00 per person round trip or $31 one-way - arrangements can be made by calling 1-800-525-3177, or visiting their website www.supershuttle.com ; and, (3) local taxi cab services at the airport upon arrival (approx. $100 one-way, could be split 4 ways with 4 people, plus tip).
