"Double Lifeline: Cultural Perspectives on Adoption"
John F. Kennedy University, Orinda, CA
Two Saturdays, July 21 and July 28, 10:00am to 3:30pm
This fascinating course on the literature of adoption will be taught by Leanna James, writer and contributor to A Ghost at Heart's Edge. Students will read short stories and poems from the anthology, view films, meet guest speakers and panelists (including writers from A Ghost at Heart's Edge), and engage in discussions about the changing world of adoption and literature.
