She and her staffs have been recognized as key contributors to two major financial services company business turnarounds. Cathy has experience in a variety of industries and takes a strategic, holistic approach to complex organizational problems. Her pragmatic and realistic insights support and strengthen her clients' efforts as they do the difficult work of transforming cultures and streamlining operations. After earning her Bachelor's Degree cum laude from the University of California at Berkeley and completing graduate study in education and organizational behavior, Cathy began her career as a teacher. Throughout her business career, she has developed an excellent reputation as a dynamic speaker, expert consultant and facilitator and versatile leader.
