BLUE KNIGHTS
International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club

Chartered in 1990, the New Jersey XIV Chapter encompasses Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties. On the clickable map below, we are located just North of Clinton at the Sunset Inn, RT 31 N High Bridge, as indicated by the symbol on the map (the western central area of New Jersey). We currently have over 40 members from agencies throughout our region. The Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club has more than 19,000 members in over 565 Chapters world wide, covering 28 countries & was formed in the Spring of 1974 in Bangor, Maine. According to the By-Laws, our purposes and goals are to: 1. Provide for the mutual assistance, enjoyment, entertainment, education, physical, mental and social benefit of its members and the general public. 2. To promote and advance the sport of motorcycling and the safety of motorcycling. 3. To serve the interests of motorcycle owners and users. 4. To promote by example and any other acceptable means, safe use, operation and enjoyment of motorcycles. 5. To develop a fraternal spirit between law enforcement personnel and the general public.

Thank you from Blue Knights NJ XIV.

Lt. Ruth Eberding, a respected 18 yr. veteran at the NJ DOC Edna Mahan Correctional Facility was taken from us on July 6, 1998 in a tragic car accident. She was an integral member of BKNJXIV and will always be remembered as a thoughtful, generous person with a commitment to charity. To that end we dedicate this event to her memory.
