2006. This space was originally an iconic Livingston Elder design that needed major repairs. Tom's vision of the space
had to mask complex symmetry problems these repairs entailed. This put a premium on the structural and finishing details. Paneled and wainscot style walls. 6" crown moldings and trimmed ceiling beams. New replacement windows, fireplace
surround and hidden mini-bar.
Complete renovation of master bedroom suite with architect,
Thomas O'Brien of Mt. Kisco, NY 2006. Complete renovation of the rooms including raising the ceiling by two feet in height.
Finished built in wall cabinets, birch plywood frames, 5/4 adjustable shelves, 3/4 solid wood facing, shaker

1929 garage door repair. Decay removed
and replaced by mahagony to match existing door. I made the cut behind the hinge which when filled and finished coated
